Course Overview
This qualification provides a trade outcome in wall and ceiling lining for residential and commercial construction work. The qualification has core unit of competency requirements that cover common skills for the construction industry, as well as the specialist field of work wall and ceiling liner. Wall and ceiling liners apply and fix linings for non-structural walls and ceilings.

Entry Requirements
WMIT has the following entry requirements:
Minimum Age Requirement:
18 years or older at commencement of course.
Minimum English Language Requirement:
An English Language proficiency level of one of the below:
- Cert III in EAL / Academic IELTS band score of 6.0 or equivalent
- Satisfactorily completed ELICOS at to at least Upper Intermediate level
- Completed equivalent of Australian Year 11 qualification from any of the English-speaking countries such as Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, or the Republic of Ireland
- Completion of any Australian AQF Certificate III or higher qualification
Academic Requirement:
- The applicant must have completed Australian Year 12 or equivalent
